Mini Dark Chocolate Cupcakes

These were a great surprise when I came home from school yesterday! My mother had made mini-dark chocolate cupcakes. She bought the mix from Fresh and Easy, a fresh grocery store located on 19th Ave. and Glendale. There are many others around  the valley. On to the taste, they were very rich, so the miniature size was perfect for a cupcake like this. She made dark chocolate frosting as well, and that added the finishing touches to the delcisios snack. The other good thing about the miniature size is that it is simple to eat!
